Joselin Alvarado, stage name “Joselin” is an American singer, song writer and humanitarian. This wonderful Christian Pop/Rock vocalist was born in Tela Atlantida, Honduras. She is a member of the praise team at The Potter's House (Casa De El Alfarero) in Orlando, Florida. She recently joined a Christian Latin band, which plays a variety a of Latin music, called Latin Revival. Her goal is to share a message of hope through her talent with the world.
She relocated with her family to Florida when she was 8 years old. She studied Vocal Performing Arts for 3 years at Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida.
Her greatest musical influences are Kari Jobe, Mandisa, Christine D’ Clario and Kim Walker.
Also, Joselin has been inspired by many people such as Chris Gardner from his movie’s life story “The Pursuit of Happyness” (played by Will Smith)
Furthermore, among her musical influences are: Alicia Keys, Leona Lewis and Celina Dion,.
Joselin’s vision and mission are to connect with her audience and to be the voice for those who don’t have a voice. She wants to use her music/lyrics to help others heal just as it has helped her.
Her plans are to make a positive contribution to her community and to the world.
Music can be used for many reasons. But, she wants to be able to use her
music as a pathway to healing and personal growth.
She believes music has been her place of refuge for the soul and she hopes to inspire and uplift others through her music and lyrics.
